I live in the foothills of Snowdonia, N.Wales with my better half David and our cats (Betsy, Bert and Big-Bear).

I believe in prioritising my life, my health, my relationships, and my creativity. That's why I made a bold move and left my "well paid" job and built a business that brings me joy and spaciousness.

When I'm not working with my change-making clients, you'll either find me in my studio making beautiful things with my hands, exploring the great outdoors, or spending time with my loved ones.
